ABOUT OUR EVENTS

 

Racedays offers professionally managed trackdays with the opportunity to attend the Jeremy McWilliams Superbike Academy. For the more adventurous rider there are optional Endurance and Sprint races - all professionally managed by experts and fully insured by one of Europe's top underwriters. For those who don’t wish to race we have also included extra, non-racer, sessions to ensure everyone enjoys more than enough track time.

The Superbike Academy features workshop briefings from our  famous coaches over the 3 days of the event. These briefings are based   on race situations and target the various aspects of riding a motorcycle   faster and in control around a circuit. Different groups have separate   briefings all of which have been structured to match the ability of   the riders. You can choose whether to attend all the briefings or only   those which interest you. Or indeed, opt for track time only if you would rather just have a 3 day trackday in the sun! For those who are seeking tuition above all else the optional Masterclass provides an   intensive session with one of our coaches and includes on board video review and a ‘hot’ pillion lap!

Circuito de Jerez is located in the km 6.5 of the National road N-382 (Jerez-Arcos-Cartagena) about 10 min outside Jerez de Frontera city.

Nearest Airports:

  • Jerez - 15 minutes
  • Seville - 1 hour
  • Malaga - 2.5 hours

 

MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORTATION

Motorcycle and kit transportation is available from our depots at Stoke on Trent, England and Bangor, Northern Ireland. The motorcycles are transported in custom made vehicles or in cradles. There is room for you to take along a set of spare wheels, a kit bag, small tool box and paddock stands. We are also able to offer a regional collection from selected sites in Great Britain and Ireland. Please contact us for availability and prices of the collection service. 

3 GROUPS -  INTER, ADVANCED, RACER

All group placements are based on the information provided in your booking form. Please give accurate answers to lap times and your experience to ensure you are in the correct group. This is for the benefit and safety of yourself and other riders. We never overfill groups and have the flexibility to move riders who have significantly different lap times to the rest of the group. 

 

TRANSPONDER TIMING

All riders have the no-cost option to record their lap times via a transponder. The fastest lap per rider in each session will be printed and displayed throughout the event. All of a riders lap times will be available at the end of each day. All participants in the fun races must use a transponder throughout the event. 

 

OPTIONAL SPRINT AND ENDURANCE RACING  

Riders who wish to can take part in the following fun races. You do not require a race license.

1 HOUR ENDURANCE

INTER and ADVANCED group riders only.

2 rider, 2 bike teams.

Transfer the transponder in pit lane to change riders.

Rolling start behind pace bike. 

 

2 HOUR ENDURANCE.

ADVANCED and RACER group riders only.

2 rider, 2 bike teams.

Transfer the transponder in pit lane to change riders.

TYRE AND FUEL SERVICE

A tyre fitting service will be available throughout the event. You may bring a set of your own tyres or order them through us. Fuel cans may not be transported due to transport restrictions. We will operate a fuel service at the track.



SUSPENSION SERVICE

 

A set up and advice service will be available throughout the event from a qualified suspension engineer. We will also be able to assist with most running repairs on bikes in the unfortunate event of a spill or breakdown.
